Yesterday the hunt was on... for Easter eggs that is. Here's Jane being distracted by TV while the Easter Bunny hides the eggs. I like this picture because I think her hair looks so cute! So curly and sweet. I just wet it and scrunch it and this happens. What a dolly!
Here's Josh finding his first egg. I'd like to point out his big fat lip. For some reason he likes to take spills on holidays. He gets so excited and starts running around and it's not long before he takes a fall. The only thing he was upset and crying about was the fact that he had to come inside so we could try to stop the bleeding. And he certainly wasn't going to let us put any ice on it.
Here's sweet little Jane with her pink egg. Poor girl was the only one hunting for eggs in a dress. I seriously had to restrain myself from dressing her to the nines in her Easter outfit. Like I said, she's my dolly and I LOVE to dress her up. Plus she looks super cute in just about everything.
Here's Josh peering into the depths of this egg to see what awaits him. If you look closely you can see the jelly beans scattered on the ground around him. Apparently he doesn't like those.
You can see whatever was inside Josh's egg met with his approval as he is stuffing his face behind Jane whose making some discoveries of her own.
Doesn't she look like a little hen sitting on her eggs? She apparently has no objection to jelly beans, even dirty ones. Don't worry we didn't let her eat those.
Josh then demonstrated his willingness to go to any lengths to find more eggs.
Mission Accomplished!
I think everybody ended up pretty happy this Easter.

Jane's hair is so cute! It was the first thing I noticed. And Josh is such a trooper not letting a fat lip ruin his fun! I'm glad you guys had a fun Easter. Miss you!
Love her hair. It is such a pretty color and the curls are definitely something this family likes! It looks like you guys had a nice day for Easter. Ours was cloudy and snowy!
