Thankful for Friends

I am thankful for my friends, especially for the ones who help me with my children. Today I got myself into a bit of a pinch. I procrastinated finding someone to watch my kids while I had a doctor's appt. I always do this because I really don't like asking people to watch my kids for me. I know it's hard to take someone else's kids into your home when you already have your own to take care of. But since most of my family lives on the west coast, I've had to learn to rely on my pals. And they have come through for me so many times. And the friends who haven't been able watch my kids because they already had something else going on, have always expressed genuine regret about not being able to help out. How lucky am I? I mean seriously, I am so blessed. Raising kids is a big job. I know I couldn't do it alone without my dear friends who love my family.
