Jane is saying "Mama!" Sometimes she also says "mom." Either way I couldn't be more delighted! She is saying a lot of words lately and trying to repeat the names of things I label for her. We count "mama," "daddy," "hi," "bye" and something that sound an awful lot like "Josh" among her words. She will repeat words like socks and diaper and bath. I just wanted to thank everyone for your prayers and good thoughts. She has made some really great gains since the last post and I attribute them all to you and your prayers. Thank you! Thank you with all my heart!

It's good to see that the Lord gives us each opportunities in our personal trials that match our capacities. Which I think means that I don't have much of a capacity for handling trials but that's a personal problem. You guys are strong enough and loving enough to raise wonderful kids and help them overcome any obstacle they might face.
She deserves the very best... she was really blessed to have such a wonderful mom!

That is so wonderful! Jane is always so sociable and sweet. We are thinking of you guys and hope the progress continues. I think I told you that the only word Jim said before he was three was "puppy." And now he's a nuclear engineer, still a man of few words...Maybe your kids are destine for great careers in lucrative fields. All in all they are just so cute and fun.
I can hardly wait to hold this cutie when you guys come out this summer. Your children are so sweet. Love you all.
