We celebrated Jane's 1st birthday on Friday. As you can see, she was very excited. Actually, she just likes making the "O" sound a lot. She is such a sweet little baby. 
I bought her a princess crown for her birthday.
But she wasn't too interested in wearing it.
Her brother on the hand thought it looked fun and I figured I could use this photo for blackmail in the future.
The important thing is that the crown ended up on the right person's head. I am after all the Queen Mother. Bow to me and obey!

Jane loved opening all of her presents with plenty of help from her big brother.
Then we all went out for Mexican food because we were sure that's what Jane would have asked for if she could talk. You can she how much she enjoyed her first tortilla chip.
After all that excitement we were too tired to do birthday cake so those pictures will be for another day. But we are so grateful we got to celebrate our precious little girl. She has blessed our lives tremendously.
